Our Gin 7 is handcrafted in small batches made with a unique blend of locally sourced botanicals.
The fully loaded Gin 7 is a perfect expression of an authentic Canadian made gin. On the nose rich spruce, fir, juniper, with hints of spice. Digging a layer deeper one uncovers bright lemon and subtle vanilla. On the palate you are immediately met with refreshing citrus quickly followed by cinnamon, anise, mint and rich evergreen tasting notes reminiscent of Canada's boreal forests where our botanicals are proudly sourced from.
